update on Paul Killick and Olga Rodionova

I just read on the Dancebeat website that Paul Killick with new partner Olga Rodionova will not be attending Blackpool. Is this true?

Does anybody have any idea as to why this is so? I was looking forward to watching them in the finals.

Olga had problems with UK visa and did not get into the country. Therefore they couldn't compete
